"It was such fun to take my son in and him beam from ear to ear looking at everything they have to offer. I grew up in a very small, rural, south Alabama town where the 5 & Dime was the treat of the week if we got to go. From the goodies of candies and soda, to the necessities of needle and thread, round it with dishes and glasses or the cast iron skillet, you're covered. You can find nostalgia and look for hours that could lead to a couple of days. This is one store I believe America was built on in its day. It is so good to see it alive and well in Branson. You definitely need to go by and indulge yourself into Dick's for your sake or to show others what it was like growing up, the good ole days! I will have to return and take the whole family."

"All types of pictures of Aviation from World War II. Very impressive pictures of every major ball player since Ty Cobb. It's a very interesting, very unique place. Not another one quite like it. I go in every once in awhile just look around. You'll find it quite interesting and very unique. If you think of all the items a five and dime store carries, this has that and much more to add to everything else. If you want a good shopping experience come to Dick's five and dime downtown Branson"

"Every year on our annual trip to Branson this is one of our can’t miss destinations. My grandchildren are 12, 10, and 8 years old and absolutely live to come here! I love to stop here and do a little shopping fir myself because it is so nostalgic and I can always find something you can’t get anywhere else. The atmosphere and the store itself takes me down memory lane and reminds me if my growing up years isn’t the 50’s and 60’s. We all really love this place! You’ve just got to stop here!"
